I had a Ajax system installed on my property, The process from receiving the quote and making the booking and getting the system installed was a amazing no issues. The installers arrived on time installed everything asked questions regarding the system and installation process once it was installed they ran me through how the system works. Overall pretty happy with the installation and process.

Really, really happy with these guys. From our first email in to reception right until the security cameras were installed, they were prompt, professional and customer focused. Mitch and Ben were amazing and, even though our home is quite challenging to navigate with the layout and wiring, they did everything to a very high standard. Pre-wired my whole home (14+ CAT6 data points) with Platinum and we could not be happier with the quality of the trades. Platinum seem to hire very skilled technicians. Today Tom did an amazing job setting up our 16 port switch and got all of our CAT6 data points working - tested our alarms and helped adjust the settings to suit our needs.
